PIL Spectator Policy - Season 4 Sports

Greetings!

We are excited to announce that we are able to host spectators for Season 4. The procedure is simple and easy and each school within the PIL will be following the same protocols for spectators. Each school will be using QR Codes to track attendance at each contest.

The process is very simple, before you enter, you simply scan the QR Code (at the site) with your camera on your smartphone that will take you to a google doc where you will fill out the attached information. After each spectator fills out the contact tracing information they will show the “Thank you for your responses” screen to game personnel before entry is granted. Below is the breakdown of spectators for each home contest-

  • 3 per Home Player
  • 2 per Visiting Player
  • 3 per Cheerleader

After each contest, we are requiring all spectators to exit the gym. Spectators will not be allowed to enter until the previous game has been cleared.

We appreciate your flexibility and cooperation as we navigate these new protocols for spectators during Season 4.

Thanks!
