2023 Summer Information

The Summer Season officially begins on Tuesday May 30th! 

For summer practice/workout information, please click on the tab of the sport your are interested in.  If there information is not yet up to date, please email the head coach for more information.

FALL 2023 SPORTS REGISTATION IS OPEN


Fall Sports start August 14th!  All students will need to be cleared on FamilyID with a current physical before starting practice/tryouts.  Please visit our clearance tab for more information.

The fall sports we offer are Boys & Girls Cross Country, Football, Boys & Girls Soccer, Volleyball, Cheer (fall & winter) and  Dance (fall & winter).

Grant Dance Head Coach Position

The position for head dance coach at Grant High School has been posted on the PPS job board.  Here is the link www.pps.net/jobs Job ID 26109. When we have qualified candidates, we will begin the interview process and send out information once a hire is made. Try-Out dates are TBD and information will be sent out with those days when determined.  We are committed to the success of the Gendrills program.

Spring Sports Championship Season

Championship season is already underway this Spring, our Boys Golf Team won the PIL League Championship this week at Heron Lakes Golf Course.  The team earned an automatic qualifying spot in the State Tournament at Emerald Valley Golf Course in Mid May.  Senior Rowan Eddie won the medalist for low in the league, with Junior Emerson Storer and Senior Andrew Ballard finishing in second and third individually.  The Girls Golf team finished second in the District and earned a spot in the Regional Tournament next Thursday at Stone Creek Golf Club, when they will compete with teams from the Metro and Pacific Leagues for 3 team spots in the State Tournament at Quail Valley Golf Course in Mid May.  Junior Marnie Marrs qualified as an individual for the State Tournament with her play this season in the PIL.

Congratulations to our State Qualifiers from Boys and Girls Tennis teams and our Boys Team for winning the PIL Title!  Qualifying from the boys team are Josiah Mones and Levi Lux competing as Singles, and the Doubles League Champion team of Simon Potter and Burke Reilly.  Qualifying from the girls team are Marina Seidl and Juliet Hanson competing as Singles, and the Doubles teams of Quinn Koppleman/Maddy Naugler and Genevieve MacNair/Maia Gregor.  These athletes will compete at the OSAA State Championship Thursday May 18th through Saturday May 20th.
