Thank you for your interest in Grant Athletics! In order to participate in a sport, all student athletes must complete an eligibility process each season for each sport.
Register Online at https://www.familyid.com/organizations/grant-high-school
First time users need to set up an account. FamilyID captures all necessary information as well as waivers. Once you have an account in FamilyID, subsequent registrations are easy!
Physical Clearance
Sports physicals must be current for the entire season. Once a physical is on file, it is valid for 2 years from the date it is signed by the medical provider. You can pick up a Physical Clearance Form in the Athletic Department or download one HERE.
Once physicals are completed and signed by a doctor they must be uploaded with the student's FamilyID registration. Our office will no longer be taking paper copies of physicals.
Academic Eligibility -
All students who will be Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors in the Fall will need to be passing 5 classes to be eligible to play sports in the fall. For complete information on academic requirements, please click here.
Required Fees
Athletic fees can be paid online at www.schoolpay.com. You can also submit a payment by cash, check or card in our bookkeepers office. Please do no pay your sports fee until after teams are formed.
